Recruitment process

We are constantly looking for our prospective employees.

Recruitment is carried out for the whole year and is composed of several standard stages.

  1. Application. Submit your application to our database.
     
  2. Selection. We will analyse it in terms of our expectations and requirements for a specific job position. We will select the person(s) who best suits the profile of our employee.
     
  3. Telephone. We will call you to set up a meeting.
     
  4. Feedback. After the meetings we will inform every candidate about the results of the job interview.
     
  5. Welcome aboard! We will invite selected persons to take up cooperation with us.
     
  6. Introduction. After signing the contract you will be properly prepared for work, you will get to know your duties and, if required, participate in trainings tailored to your job position.

The recruitment may sometimes differ from the general model — we eagerly take advantage of additional methods that enable us to learn more about our candidates, and in this way to make the right choice. Our candidates are sometimes asked to draw up a short project or solve a language test, which enables us to test the competencies of our potential employees and offer them adequate assistance with their career path.
